Pelin Alp

Attorney Pelin Alp graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University and works as a lawyer at Barlas & Karabucak Law Firm.

Pelin Alp primarily provides legal consultancy to clients in the field of Corporate Law. She offers comprehensive support to both foreign and domestic companies on corporate and commercial matters, and has been involved in merger and acquisition transactions as well as Personal Data Protection compliance projects.

In addition to providing consultancy services, she has experience in litigation and arbitration processes and supports clients in their day-to-day legal matters.

Pelin Alp has been working at Barlas & Karabucak Law Firm since the beginning of 2022.
